A listing of retailers we like is great, but ones to avoid will realy save us all a lot of grief. Show a link and a brief reason why (slow, problems returning, no support,...)

Steered me to a brand of RAM the didn't work then charged stock fee to return it for RAM that would. Purchased processor & fan for 3 year warranty. Returned processor (not supported in motherboard, oops) for another one and was informed that I wouldn't have the 3 year warranty on the new one since I didn't return the original fan and reorder it with the replacement???
Friend at work had problems with them as well.
