omni mp3 player

My daughter got a omni mp3 player(128meg), it use to squeal on certain songs then you replay them and theywould run fine, sometimes it would just turn off for no reason too, now it accepts mp3 from the usb connection but it says no songs on the display.
does anyone know if omni have a website or alike,or if you can update firmware?

well i tried to format it in windows , now it will hold what ever i put in there, but says no music and then shuts down

what bitrate mp3s are you trying to use maby its a specific bitrate maby 128bit !?

does it take WMA try wma files

did you get ANY software with it !?
