Yep, you're right. I never tried doing the bootdisks since I only installed it but how does it work. Can you just add NTFSDOS to the standard Win98 bootdisk or does it have to create it's own version of a bootdisk with the usual files that sys a: would put on the floppy?Zer Eviv said:yeap this is Nitrogen license
you can`t create the bootdisks , because i think the the license is banned, but if you follow my above steps you can
Anybody knows where I can found NTFS98 v.2
The program needs Boot win98 or win95 or Xp or MS- DOSAlmighty1 said:

I guess Kuratong already answered your question!
Kuratong, just a dumb question but what do I do with the files in the archive since I noticed there is a .tar and a gzipped file in there.
you have obtained it for Astalavista?? or another web site this is not a patch, not a crack nor a keygenaratorphp said:I am in posting mood today, here's also a crack for NTFS DOS Professional Edition Retail. don't know whether it works, haven't tried yet:

I thought the sys files were supposed to be the MSDOS.SYS, IO.SYS and COMMAND.COM type since it's this supposed to be a MS-DOS boot disk... I guess that's where I got confused. I've never created a simple boot disk before so I'm not sure the correct approach to do it. I already have a Win98 startup disk which loads the CDROM drivers and stuff so I assume this is nothing more than a .exe driver that will require some additional files. I guess it's more simple if the bootdisk program actually worked. I'm still on FAT32 and would switch to NTFS5.1 in WinXP if I can get this to work.
Yeah, I'll give it a shot... I guess we just need a 4.03 retailZer Eviv said:
only the folowings Nt sys files:
NTFS.SYS, NTOSKRNL.EXE, AUTOCHK.EXE, NTDLL.DLL,
C_437.NLS, C_1252.NLS, L_INTL.NLS. (I think)
and only the followings win98 sys files :
IO.SYS
MSDOS.SYS
DRVSPACE.BIN
and the most important file NTFSPRO(4.3) and the license.bin
(I think)
--> But you can do it easily using NTFSBOOT.exe (4.0 retail version ), and then add only "win98 sys files" to make a boot disk
and then NTFSPRO.exe (version 4.3)**
**You obtain this file using NTFSPRO 4.0 retail + updater (4.3
