No sound help needed!!!!!!!!

i have a file and the video works great but i have no sound on it.
i used g spot to find out whats needed but i dont know were to download the codec.it is

NAME: WAVE_FORMAT_OGG_VORBIS_3_PLUS
VENDOR: OGG VORBIS
