hmm, some critical words:
Clony is freeware and nobody should leech freeware;
i think it's better to link to the developer's or the product homepage;
for me, a legit reason to attach the file directly here, would be aggressiv porn commercials or sex dialers at the homepage;

This is version 2.0.1.1 & not 2.0.1.1a which is the latest release.
Nobody complain about providing attachment of this program (administrator or users).
