It works great if you like downloading things and with Peer2Peer clients and want to limit their bandwidth so you can browse the net better, etc.
*Note*
It seemed to work fine, but on one of my other computers it had some problems staying connected to my ISP. Could have been an issue with ISP that day, or perhaps the firewall there was blocking the proxy or something.
I didn't have much time to test, but I know some people who like it.
