It is suited to monitor applications which access the internet and actively control their internet traffic. You can use NetLimiter to set (download/upload) speed limits for applications or even single connection. Simply, NetLimiter allows you to share your internet connection bandwidth among all applications running on your PC.

This one works better for me than NetPeeker.
Less garbage on it too lol (I like minimal programs)

I don't want a limiter... I want an enlarger! (no, not one of those that are widely available on the net...

).
I may have my enlarger early next weeek though: name it ADSL.

Glad Ur gettin broadband scarecrow

I was on 512k line, but jusy had 2 go 4 the 1mb line, never looked back since, especially with download speeds of 130kb/sec
