Nerovision Express out of sync

Please please please could i get some help?

I've been useing nerovision express 2 to convert DivX files to DVD.
the single file Divx movies are fine, but the movies which are in two halves often go out of sync after the conversion process. i have the ac3 codec installed, and ive tried various combinations of codecs but cant get it to work.

oh Please please please could i get some help?
