Nero CD-Burning plug-in for Windows Media Player Series 9.0

Ahead Software, the makers of Nero, the technology leader in CD/DVD recording, today announced a powerful plug-in for the Windows Media Player 9.0 Series. This exciting Nero plug-in provides full-speed recording and Nero reliability, all from within the Windows Media Player. It is compatible with Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows ME and Windows 98.
The Nero Fast Burning Plug-in enables the Windows Media Player 9.0 Series to burn CDs at full speed, up to 26 times faster than before, greatly decreasing the time it takes for each burning session. In addition, the plug-in will provide Windows Media Player 9.0 users the option of eliminating the two-second gap between audio tracks. WMAPlugin.exe

Mr. Matrix, you will easily find out if you are kind enough to visit Aheads website. Dont be afraid please, Nero WMA plugins are free of charge.

ok, I may be dense...I could not locate this plugin on their site, or find reference to it anywhere...:confused:

Im thinking about applying the WMP9 to my system, this might be a nice plug-in to have...

I have downloaded the Nero plugin but I don´t really understand how it works. When you try to copy from Windows Media player only the Roxio burning machine is available which of course is installed with the Windows media player. Nero plugin is not an option.
If somebody out there knows something more wellcome.

WMAPlugin.exe have nothing to to with the Windows Mediaplayer itself; it isn't a burning plug in;
WMAPlugin.exe is only the en- & decoder for Windows Media Audio files for Nero and Nero Waveeditor;

@Duracell

...that is what I thought. I knew what the WMA plug-in does but this part...

The Nero Fast Burning Plug-in enables the Windows Media Player 9.0 Series to burn CDs at full speed, up to 26 times faster than before, greatly decreasing the time it takes for each burning session.
...is the part that got me all excited, and confused at the same time. Not that I do much burning from WMP9, but it would be nice to have the option of replacing the Roxio burn engine with Nero...for what that would be worth.

Thanks for the validation...:D
