nero 6 problem

I am trying to install a copy of Nero 6 (Full Version) but everytime i try to run the cover designer part is says that the demo has expired yet this isn't a demo version, any ideas please?

What full version is it, real retail package, download version incl. serial number or a bundled/OEM version?
i rember two potential causes:
- you used a invalid serial previously
- a OEM version which came bundled with hardware you don't have in your machine;
