Need help with MS Excel

I have a list of 10 pages in MS Excel with people's names, addresses, phone numbers. How do I print them out onto Avery labels? Thanks, I'd appreciate any help.

i dont know how to print them directly from excel but i know that you can import them over to word and then print from there; if you want to do that, post back and i'll show you the steps.
