My first problem so far, hopefully nothing big

Hi, welcome to the forums :)

it will probably happen to all DVD's with just one VTS :(

hopefully it will be resolved in the next version so can you put this backup on hold?

We all thank you for your understanding on this matter...and hope it will not be long before you get a reply or the next version. ;)

I still haven't looked at them yet and they are probably hidden somewhere in the emails :(. I will look for them but if you send them again it will help so I can have a quick check again

cheers :)

@Sonics99

lol, that didn't take long to troubleshoot, but then again I am the Troubleshooting King :D and I guess it's just a matter of time now until we can implement this fix as that's a different story

hope you don't mind waiting and I appreciate the feedback as it helps :)

from elsewhere ;)

You can get round it with a simple manual mod. Copy the VIDEO_TS.IFO from the Temporary folder into a safe location. Copy this backup IFO copy again and as soon as you click Process in DVDStripper, paste that IFO into the Destination folder. So have your desktop split and ready for action

you gotta be quick but it can be done and it works with single VTS's. This is the workaround until it's sorted in the next release

I also have experienced the "No Video_TS.ifo found!" exception while using the latest version of DVDStripper on one particular episodic, PBS DVD series.

All backups of my other episodics and 100% of my single features processed perfectly.

After repeating processing & again obtaining the "No Video_TS.ifo found!" anomally, I created a work around which produced a perfectly working DVD with PowerDVD and my set-top DVDPlayer, when burned;

1) Copied over 3 files from the DVDStripper "temp" or "working directory";
VIDEO_TS.IFO, VIDEO_TS.BUP & VIDEO_TS.VOB to my "destination" directory.

2) Ran the VTS_01_0.IFO in the "destination" directory through IfoEdit, v0.95 of course, selecting "VOB Extras" to strip & correct the vobs & navigation.

Hope this is helpful.
