Multi-Format DVD Players

Alright gang, I figure I'll harvest the combined experience of the CDRBase universe and see if anyone can point out my dream machine to me. First off, I am in the US. I am looking for a new DVD player (home, standalone) that will optimally provide all of the following features:

*Multiregion
*Multiformat (built in PAL->NTSC conversion for DVD, VCD, SVCD)
*5 or more discs
*Accepts DVD, DVD-R, DVD-RW, CD, CD-R, CD-RW
*Recognizes DVD-Video, DVD-Audio, CD Audio, VCD, SVCD, MP3, WMA, PhotoCD
*Component out
*2 sets of audio outs
*Doesn't get weird on the tougher discs (e.g. Matrix)

Any suggestions?

Yeah... I'd love that Kiss Ethernet DIVX/DVD player... but:

A) It isn't multi format

-and-

B) It's $500!
