.mpeg file not a .ac3

hello

i hve installed the crc patch for cce sp but now that i hve dne tht the audio extraction only gives me mpeg's not ac3's no more. do u think its the patch. or do u think i accidentally configured something wrong.

now that this is doing this even besliced wont make it work. i get and error in dvd author saying its a mpeg-1 audio layer 3 and not a layer 2 or linear pcm.

plz help. thnx in advance.

I can absolutely guarentee the crc patch has nothing to do with your audio problems.

I assume your talking about an AVI conversion ? If so can you check the audio content using GSPOT and reports its result here. If your using DVD2SVCD to do the conversions, it will NOT convert the audio to AC3 automatically. I would suggest you have a look at using The FilmMachine as its all automatic and much simpler to follow.
