Mourning...

Very very bad day today, my precious dog died this morning.
He had cancer, after two weeks of pain we decided to let him to sleep. I'm mourning......

We had to do the same with our family pet about 5 years ago. Just too much suffering. My condolences!

Milennium sorry to hear about your loss. I know how you feel. I had to put my dog how was my best friend for 16 years down last week and was the hardest thing i had to do in my life. She also had cancer.

Yep I know how you feel, I told the wife the other day that if the house was on fire and it was between her and the cat that I saved then guess who???

So yes m8, know just how you feel right now. A good pet does make your life a much richer experience IMO.

It Breaks Your Heart.

I know the feeling M8,after having a Doberman Bitch for 13 years I had to have her put down because she got cancer,it is truly gut wrenching,I thought I would never have another dog again,but I succumbed,I got a Dalmation bitch and she is the best dog I have ever owned,she is so loyal,and loveing,and a great house dog,she became quite ill recently and had to have her reproductive organs removed,I think it was called Pymetra infection,of course this has affected the kidneys and now do not filter out the toxins as they should,and the vet says she is going to poison herself slowly from the inside,and there is nothing he can do about it,they dont do transplants for dogs ( why )? he recons she has 3 - 5 months left before she becomes so bad,the worst of it all is I have to watch her slowly going down and she isnt even 2 years old yet,thats the heartbreache,so belive me I do understand what you are going through.
