I'm trying to copy a dreamcast game from a backup, using burner to read and write disc, will not finish reading process
Its a HP writer and the speed is max for reading.

Only details I have is to turn on overburn cd/dvd on advanced tab instructions

dreamcast backups are usually CD-EXTRA format try using lcone cd and a cd-extra profile use the search function top of the page and put in "clone cd profiles" and download the zip full of clone cd copy profiles

alternativly use diskjuggler ! for more info on juggler im sure others here can add this missing information on settings as im not a massive user of disc juggler !
