my windows is messed up....im missing a file in the windows/system32 folder....i cannot use the windows repair....it does not pick up any windows installation....it just takes me straight to where i can install a new copy of windows....how come i cannot repair it??..why isnt the xp cd picking up the installatioin of windows??..the only other option is recovery console but i dont know how to use that....HELP PLEASE!!..
