My friend wants to talk to me over msn messenger with her Mic. but it fails. although she doesn't have this problem with any of the other people she talks to on her mic

Well,if she dont have any prob with any people except you,problem must be at your side,probably correct settings at windows mixer,as long your speakers are working...
