Making Screwed Up Music

Im looking for a prog that will allow you to screw some music. One that use .mp3 or .wav files and allow you to save changes and burn them screwed. Any suggestions?

Thats a real thing bud,thats audioeditor Pokopiko and others just talking wavelab and clean,so we passed this star in groving,and looks so advanced............WOW WOW WOW!!!!!!!I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think even prassi designers will feel proud looking on that gui!!!
