m-file

I have a file named m-spomov that is over 600mb.
It is a ps2 game but i have never encountered this type of file.
Is there anyway i can burn this to dvd or create an iso file?

is that the name of the movie ie m-spomov.mpg

OR

is it the name of the file extension ie The Grudge.m-spomov

its supposed to be a ps2 file but it doesnt burn with nero or dvd decrypter, doesnt play with powerdvd or windows media player...wait just tries to rar it again this time before joining it and it has given me a .cue and .bin files.
Should have waited before posting.
