Ltr 48246s to a 52246s ?

I heard of a firmware upgrade from ltr48246s to a 52246s ?
Is this true , does it work , is it stable ?

It works,but there will hardly be any noticable differency,neither by speed gaining,nor by copying protected stuff.....IMHO not worth the trouble .
You need xFlashFix to patch the firmware...
