Looking for good av and firewall-1 app

As the topic says-i use fsecure workstation5.43 and sugate last version firewall(commercial version),and its great combo..
But i would like some app which is in 1 pc with both things..
So if somebody knows some good av and firewall in one app please let me know-for windows xp-sp2-p4

Kerio winroute pro- by far the best. Also acts as a proxy server.
Two slight annoyances though: 1. you must pay a bit to get it, 2.you must learn how to use it, which isn't trivial.
Kerio also makes a much cheaper security bundle of its Personal Firewall with AVG antivirus. I don't like this bundle as much as Winroute, but you may like it.
