Looking for a suitable burner for my friend

My friend has a old PC with the following Config:

Pentium II - 400A MMX
64 MB RAM
Windows 98 SE

She is planning to get a new Cd burner, may I know which brand name and model will work well and be compatable on her PC.

P.S. She prefer to have a burner with at least 24X recording speed and with burn proof technology.

Please advise.

Depending on what you want to use it for IMHO the Liteons are the best at the moment although they can't do audio protections
