logo in tmpg encoded mpeg file

im using the latest tmpg to encode mpeg 2 video and i get the irritating logo embedded in my video when it is encoded is there anyway you can get rid of this

Tmpeg encodes no logo, never did.

The logo comes from your mpeg direct show filter for example elecard. Either use a full one or another one f.e. ligos.

Do a forum search for filter and codec packs ...

On your standalone dvd player you don't have that logo.

i would be grateful if someone could help me out here a bit as i am getting no luck in removing this little white box in the upper right corner as i cannot tell what file is causing the problem as i am using tmpgenc i though it uses its own encoding software and not someone elses also i have not got any idea about this elscard
can some one help

i have installed about three codec packs from nimo and aces and some other one so theres loads of codecs here but dont know which one is causing tmpgenc to put this stupid logo in my encoding

A bit more info is needed

What version of TMPGEnc are you running and have you applied a crack? What is the source & type of the movie you are processing with TMPGEnc?

I assume the logo is not in your source movie before processing with TMPGEnc? What software do you use to play the original and processed file with?

i am using the latest version 257 and applied the crack also. i only get the logo when encoding mostly divx or dvd2aVI project files into mpeg-2 files
is there a possiblity the crack is not applied correctly
but when i check the about screen it says there it is registered
playing the movies in mediaplayer

i tried to get jpegs using tmpg but somehow they donot appear in them
the logo id like 9 small white squares like a dice but the top right one is black

What info does media player say on your used mpeg decoder (menu option: file - ??? - don't know the word atm). A good one is Ligos Decoder f.e.

You can also solve your problem if you play your files with power dvd xp or windvd 4 which install their own filters ...

The logo is not in the stream; it is only displayed on decoding/playing through your direct show filter. You cannot make a screenshot because direct show uses overlay graphics.

Don't you have a dvd standalone player. Mpeg2 was not developed to be seen on computer monitors. You get better quality with a standalone on tv.
