Link takes me back to Temp URL http://site.cdrsoft.cc/forum click this then main page shows I'm logged in user but still no access.

Bertie, open a DOS box and type

ping forum.cdrsoft.cc & hit enter

If the last number of the IP address is not 15 then your ISP/DNS has not updated to new server IP yet. Sorry just have to wait for it to be updated.

Thanks Chickenman it didn't have 15 at first but then it did.
