Little web design problem.

Ok, please look at the little peice of source below...

a href="/http://www.google.com" target="main">Click to enter google

This will open google.com in the "main" frame when the link is clicked.

How could I do a similar thing using iFrames, I'd like to open links in an iFrame on my pages.
