LiteOn 48x Burner & Nero Setting Burn Speed

Please can some one tell me if it is possible to choose the
speed of a burn using a litOn burner with nero or will
the speed option be grayed out and only burn at full speed

AFAIK U can choose between certain speeds

Uncheck the smartburn option @ your drive's properties in Nero and you can select any speed that's available.......but be warned....if you choose a speed that your cd-r can't handle,it's coaster time...
