LG HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-4120B Burner not recognised in RNM 4.50 Engine 507.

Has anyone had the same problem, all other software sees it and has no problem using it?

Not a single Hitachi/Lucky Goldstar DVD burner shows up as supported (6.X verssions support just GWA4040N), all I can suggest is complaining to Sonic about their non-support for your purchased product, or wait for the next PXengine update- just don't put much hopes over the last option- Sonic customer support is even worse than Roxio's...

Moved from Dual layer (it isn't) to Troubleshooting ... which seems about the most likely place for it.

Poor old wandering Recordnow - despite having bever been without an owner, it's not much better than "orphaned" software in the support stakes.
