Thanks CM for the _TS info , but I ca'nt find any _TS folders . All I can find in My documents / My DVDs is lots of folders defined by _ses and I ca'nt find out what _ses means . Its not in the glossary . I seem to have all my DVDs on _ses folders . Could somebody please tell me what _ses means and also , maybe I'm not looking in the right place for _TS folders , so could you set me straight on that too ? jabaarli

It sounds like you're using Sonic My Dvd. I think the .ses files are unique to it.You must write them with Sonic (I think).

Come on Woody , you're one of the best , you can do better than that .
Something definite like uh uhh . I've had 4 or 5 quality replys but no-one has answered the question yet . What does _ses represent . If you tell me you'll be the first and win a gold brick . jabaarli

Apparanently, I haven't see the first thread. This must be a separate one..

Here is what I know.

I have only used the program to convert Mpeg2.These were camcorder movies I captured using the ATI AIW card.Loading the movies into Sonic My dvd,and adding menus,is all I have done with it.The program transcodes the movies to Dvd compliant audio/video.It then burns them. The .ses. and .scn files are all that remain, plus a couple of folders/icons when you are finished. So there will be no AUDIO_TS or VIDEO_TS. folders to burn in the future. You must go through the whole transcoding/burning process again.
I believe the .ses and .scn file is just used to recreate the menus, and original chapters/titles you created the first time you created the dvd.Using the open file command probably loads those 2 files.
