Total Commander as well (shareware, but not expiring- the only reminder is a nagger at startup) with the suitable plugin from here

Even some of the free archivers are now able to look into an ISO - TUGZIP can - I know some people say TUG can be a little buggy, but I love my TUGZIP 3.4

It's taken over from 7-Zip and Izarc as my preferred program, though I still like 7-Zip for full-function 7Z compression - the other two can do it, but are always some way behind the advances made in 7-zip itself.

Tugzip is quite capable of extracting from a "normal" ISO, though Isobuster may be able to do more for a defective one
