ok question to the experts i am making only xvcd's with a bitrate of 2500 video and 224 audio.
i use dvdx and frameserve to tmpeg output is 720/576 for full screen everything is set to best quality on my tv (and pc) the only thing whats bugging me is that on the screen you see random black lines some here some there is there a way to remove this or do i have to live with this my standalone won't play svcd but i want quality that why xvcd is the only alternative
also i want my movies with dutch subtittles and this is the only way i know is working
