Irfan View 3.90

Being the BEST image viewer out there is certainly a difficult task- more so if you do it for fun, and your program is freeware. Nevertheless, mr. Skiljan Irfan is already a legend between developers of Windows freeware, and the best proof is his new baby, namely Irfan View 3.90:

=> Create multipage TIF (test.tif) from 2 other files
- New command line option: /append=tiffile
Example: i_view32 c:\test.jpg /append=c:\test.tif
=> Open 'c:\test.jpg' and append it as (TIF) page to 'c:\test.tif'
- New command line options: /hflip and /vflip (horz. and vert. flip)
Example: i_view32 c:\test.jpg /vflip
=> Open 'c:\test.jpg' and flip vertically
- New command line option: /batchscan=(options)

- CTRL+T can be used for internal control-switch in the Thumbnail window

Thank you bud.Since the day you recomended it to me im using it,and this proggy is one of the first i install when i install the windows together with winrar,tc,eac,vdub,isobuster.....etc..etc..

Along side xnview this was my first image viewer\editor.
How long has it been around, 10 years?. And still the best :D

It worked for me with .gif and a limited range of scaling. But before scaling you had to use the "stop animation" feature.
