"Invalid MS-DOS function" during copy file

Hi all,

Recently I tried to backup my old game but was encountered a nasty suprise, one of the file I failed to copy and it prompted "invalid ms-dos function".

I have 2 PCs; one is ran on win2k and the other is win98. I got my ASPI v4.6 installed on my win98. Both failed to copy the particular file. :confused: Appreciate your valueable advise. :)

maby the disk is scratched or dirty !?

try cleaning it :)

what software are you using to back it up !?


is it a PC-GAME ? or what !?

you need to give us more information of what you are doing :)
