Thanks Man go it from that site you gave me it was a bit hard to
figure out what it was saying on the site i must need to install a
new caracter set or somthing because this is what it was
displaying " þÃû³Æ:InstallShield Express v3.53"
which was a bit confusing but got it in the end thanks again

It's not you, it's another language.
Peaking at the source will show you that it is "charset=gb2312"
But unless youre gonna learn Chinese anytime soon it wouldn't help much.
