InCD is only an exclamation mark on my system tray

InCD 3.24.3 installs fine under Windows XP but after the installation it remains inactive as an exclamation mark on my system tray. No disc detection. I can't even run it.
Does anhyone have the same problem?

In order to use incd you have to istall nero.

I have a registered copy of Nero Burning Rom 5.5.80 installed and working fine.

Goto w*w.ahead.de.
Check that your recorder supports the latest vesion. Just because it supports Nero doesnt mean it supports Incd.
The version you have got is supposed to fix that very problem youve got.
If your recorder is supported by Incd and as you say youve got a registered version, contact Ahead support and theyll try and fix the problem for you.
You'll have to be patient though,theyre not the quickest but they will get back to you.

My recorder is an Yahmaha CD-RW CRW4260 and according to Nero's Site it's supported by inCD since version 2.28.

If u get no joy let us know.
Last time I used ahead support it took about 5 days for a reply.
But they will try and fix it and if there is no solution now, they will try and sort it for the next release.
Thats the advantage of registering.(if you legally entitled to!).
Dont anybody register that has downloaded and cracked their version.(some do which is very silly).

Can you tell me where I might acquire either the Veritas or the VOB UDF software please?
