IE problem

Recently im having to refresh some web pages because IE must be storing them somewhere, this did not used to happen, any suggestions ?
How can i stop IE storing web pages ?

I am having to do a clean with window washer all the time !!

BTW my offline web pages folder is always empty so i dont know where IE is storing info.

Internet options--> "general":clear your history,set it to 0 days for saved history and setup the diskspace that your temporary internet files map uses to the minimum:1mb,then go to the "advanced" tab,and select the option to "delete your temp internet files after closing your browser"(bad translation,I know,but I have a non-english operating system

Thanks, but ive already found the problem :

Internet options , general tab , temp internet files settings ,
check for newer versions of stored pages was set to "never"
