How to tie shoelaces

If your laces are always coming undone, this may have the solution.

The simplest thing is to check, is if you are tying a slip knot.

If your "standard" tying lies from side to side, it probabably isn't a slip, but if tends to turn, it may be.
The answer could be as simple as reversing the initial crossover, as in a simple bow tying (if you do it the same way as me, you sholuld be holding the one that went UNDER as you make the first loop.

I've always had trouble with them, and until discovering that, I'd been tying them slip!
