How to Format DVD+RW

Just wondering how to format a DVDRW disc as I cant seem to get rid of the files i added to it. Or do they not delete and I just overwrite them or?

Fast format erases only the toc and overwrites the existing files....
Full format erases everything......
If you still see the files,you did something wrong.......what program did you erase the disc with?

I tried to reply last night and kept telling me i did not have permsssion to do so. Think the site was having issues.

Anyway, I was trying to just explore the DVD and delete the files and that obviously didn't work.

Then i went back into nero express and the only way the options came visible is i had to select the "More" option. It's all good now. Thx
