How do u know what version of messiah 2 u got?

I got my ps2 chipped last year with messiah 2 pro v1.33b but this year my cousin got his ps2 chipped this year with the same guy and he said that he got the chip this year. so is there anyway u can tell what version u got apart from taking the ps2 apart
