How do i get rid of 'do you want to display nonsecure items'? help plz

i never had this problem before but i keep on getting this message 'do you want to display non secure item' nearly every time i access a website. could somebody kindly tell me how to get rid of this message plz. i have deselected the option "warn if changing between secure and non-secure mode' but still have the problem!
