How can I get Hollywood+ decoded card to work with DVD Maestro 2.9 ?

I am trying to enable the preview option within Spruce DVDMaestro and use my Hollywood+ to preview my DVDs but I keep getting an 'Decoded connection not established (0xc10d00001)' error message when the RealView window pops up.

It appears as though my decoder card should be compatible as it appears within the Program Preferences decoder menu and isn't greyed out.

I was wondering if the version that I have is missing any drivers or support files which are needed to get this working ?

PS Also does anyone know where I can get the SpruceDVD.HLP file as I think this is one application where the help files would be useful...

PPS Maybe a version with a standard installer and a patch would be the way round these problems if anyone knows if these are available.
I wonder if any of the discount software resellers might have this (now that Apple has knobbled development) DVDMaestro as at a reasonable price this would definately be a worthwile purchase...

Help on any of these points would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry It works okay for watching DVDs but it does not seem to work with DVDMaestro for previewing.

I was wondering if a Maestro driver was available or if it had not been included with the downloadable version of DVDMaestro as it is just uninstall 5 rar files rather than the usual installer.

Thanks for taking time to respond:)

Failing any way off making the Hollywood+ work with Maestro as a preview card is it possible to use a software DVD player for previewing within Maestro.

From playing around with Maestro, it looks like an excellent package if I can only get the preview to work.

You will need the cinemaster engine to preview in maestro. you can get the cinemaster dvd player from here

Thanks for the help.

In breif Hollywood+ does not work with Maestro, you need the Netstream 2000.
