There Is A New Program Called Copy Your DVD or Burn Your DVD

it copys strait from your dvd player to Burner As VCD any one got this prog or anything like it ?

As pokopiko said, just another DVD to VCD scam. If it sounds unbelievable, it probably is!

Check out the DVD to VCD turorial in the Movies Tutorial section. The software is FREE, so is the step-by-step instructions, the quality of the output is the best you can get for VCD. Just go for it.
