I've been to the GrasPop Metal Meeting in Dessel.
I went on Sunday,because that day, it was the most interesting line-up for my taste and the wife didn't want me to spend the whole weekend there.....;so she has put me on a tight budget... ;)
Saw a few great performances,starting at 11.30 am with Dragonfly and ending with Iron Maiden at midnight.....

btw my last concert was Audioslave at the 14. June; but surely this is "Volksmusik" in your opinion; :D

The only group from all that bunch I can hear with pleasure are SOAD, which aren't metal at all. The louder this music gets, the more boring it goes. For me it's more interesting watching the lawns grow than wathing an Iron Maiden concert.

They should have concerts like that over here. O wait I forgot they do its called woodstock and how offen do they have them 1969 & 1999.:eek::(

Sounds like a good show Roady, i like SOAD a lot :)

Still maybe i can dream that i will see Pink Floyd again for the third time at Live 8 :D

friday you had a megadeth kreator soad metal church..
saturday you had slayer antrax and accept...
and you went sunday to see stupid maiden which you can see last 30 years too and next 15 probably if they dont die from old age
did maiden did old stuff...from killers and #of the beast?
