graphics,sigs not showing

I have this problem
pc is p4 xp-sp2,533 bus and etc....
I cannot see sometimes-always the emotions and small pictures on different forumes??or for example meny on this site......What could be wrong??

could be because that site is down the link points to 404 page not found
its their problem not yours ZVER by the looks of it

another problem cause could are "sharing tools" running in background mode;
