Good software for resizing MPEG files.

Was going to put this into another forum, but really don't see one where it is a 100% fit, so will try it here.

I have a BUNCH of video files which are at 512x384, and would like to resize them to standard 740x480 for DVD creation. Anyone know of any good software for doing this? Tried TMPGenc, DVDx, WinMPG, without any joy. They all convert the AVI to MPG2 with no problems, but don't change the video to the desired size.

Any pointers would be appreciated, this is driving me batty since I have been working on it with no success for a while now.

Thanks,
Darrell

With TMPGEnc you just need to load the DVD template or select DVD in the wizard, it will then resize.

You could also resize with AVISynth and then encode with anything that accepts AVS input, such as CCE.
