The other choices at the same place (NvHardpage and Rivatuner) are also useful.
Particularly, RivaTuner is updated to handle the latest drivers.
Some of the settings are rather baffling though.
The "Omega" tweaked drivers ( look'em up at - w*w.driverheaven.net ) may also be useful - in fact, I think there are 1 or 2 driver-tweaking guys ther for both Nvidia and ATI - plus pretty good updating on driver leaks.

Check the rules....
w*w is the usual replacement for WWW on a "naked" address, and H**P on one like this - to STOP them being live.
