Hello,

Last week, i've ordered 1 arctic silver and 1 enermax fan from w*w.theoverclockingstore.co.uk.
They gladly charged me £16 bucks, tax included.
However, i've not yet received my order.
I've mailed them and they replied, saying that the royal mail probably lost the package.
My sister is leaving UK today.
So, i've no one else to sign for the package.
I'm cancelling my order and i've mailed them back for refund.
Prob is that they've already despatched the goods.

What should i do now??? Will they refund me?? Has anybody else had this kind of prob??

p.s. I'm not in UK, so i can't phone them. but i can sue them :D

p.s.s Lesson learned - I'll never order online again.

I am sorry to hear that M8..however I have ordered a few things online and have had no problems so far, I know a few peeps who have had gear from overclockers and they say good service send them E.Mail and ask them to send to your address good look zozekool....

@rugrat
yup. did send them an email.
They said that royal mail possibly lost the parcel.
Who's the one to blame???
My sister has not signed for the parcel. So, it means that i've not received it... therefore they should refund me.
Simple.
but prob is that, will they REFUND me????
*scratches head furiously*

Hey,

They will most likly not refund you sorry to say :(

You should order of ebay and order of people with good feed back,This is where I get my components or I get them at computer fairs :D

Good luck though,

im had my share of problems with ebay

its mainly my fault cause i dont look at their feedback first i just look at the item then bet but i must say that i've recieved all 25 items i've bet on. for example i won this optical mouse for 6.95 total 13.90 good buy hah yep but i haven't recieved it yet and its been 3 week i've emailed this guy atleast 10 times but today i emailed him with "ebay official" in the subject line and guess what he replied. gave me his shipping info and upgraded my optical mouse to 5 buttons. :) :):) hope they dont get me for Impersonating an ebay official.  :D :D :D

anyways on your situation most online dealers offer insurance for like $1 extra or atleast on ebay they do i never get it becasue the items i buy are not over $100.

If the delivery required a signature, you will get a refund or replacement.
It may take some time if the company wait for Royal mail to verify this.
If u buy from the UK again I suggest w*w.dabs.com as they are 1 of the best. I'm not sure on their overseas policy but if you visit the site you'll find out!
