1. Ella spam control - actually not as good as www.spampal.org - as it's apparently just a Bayesian filter with no advanced controls - probably easier to set up.
2. Net Nanny - 3 pieces, offensive sites, popups and ads ... some suggestions that the free option is not working correctly here

4. Capio Open+ - In a similar vein to "Freedom of association" (ex-PCMAG freeware) and "openexpert", but some very positive opinions of this one. http://www.capio.cc/ - $29.99 if you order it there, plus the extended download service.
Checked, open to ALL, well it let me have it when I selected UK - and you can place as many of the items on the order as you like - to the Open+, I added Netnanny Popup and ad killer, and it gave me all 3 - RESULT!
