FlashGet 1.3 does not resume

I've been using GetRight until now. I thought it was the best
(maybe still is). But when I found FlashGet 1.3 I thought: I found a
replacemente for GetRight. But it can't resume downloads from sites supporting resume. I was downloading Nero 5.5.9.6 from TDK.com (with GetRight it can be resumed). Later I tried with FlashGet. I started downloading the file, then I paused the download and closed FlashGet. Finnaly I run FlashGet again and it started download Nero from 0% again. Why?

Oh, I found what was wrong. By default the Proxy settings are wrong for a dial-up connection. Althought I'm not behind any proxy, but FlashGet was configured by default to use some proxy settings. Now it works fine, and very fast.

flashget is the best. you'd soon forget about getright, like i have.

and hey, do you think you should change yr user title ? it seems you are a member and a jr member at the same time !
