FlashFXP help?

Can anybody please help me with Flash FXP program since I know nothing about FTP programs. Do I need to have my website to upload files to my FTP?

do ya wanna serv and let ppl download off ya or download files off demo sites like nero ?

thanks. I want to upload my files and let other people download from my ftp but I don't know how to set it up. I also have a Linksys Router and cable connection.

ya gonna need server prog : like serv- u or bulletproof server so ppl can access ya ftp and use Flashxp to upload ... and download
